Do you customise furniture?
Yes. We offer a range of bespoke indoor furniture and some outdoor dining tables that can be customised. Email info@olanliving.com.au to enquire.
How long will I wait for my customised furniture?
Depending on what you are ordering, production can take around 6 to 8 weeks for indoor furniture and 8 to 16 weeks for selected outdoor furniture.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent to you. You may also ask assistance by getting in touch with us at info@olanliving.com.au
Do you have a showroom?
Our showroom is located in Shop 1/77 Ridge St Gordon, NSW.
Do you accept change of mind returns?
Unfortunately, we do not accept change of mind returns.
Do you deliver interstate?
We do deliver interstate, QLD, VIC and some regional areas. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us to check if we can deliver to your area. You can email us at info@olanliving.com.au
How long does it take for interstate deliveries?
Depends on the courier's schedule. We will coordinate and advise you before delivery.
Will your outdoor furniture rust?
Our outdoor furniture collections are made from powder-coated aluminium. Powder-coated aluminium does not rust and is resistant to corrosion.
How much is shipping?
Furniture Delivery
Delivery & Installation to Greater Sydney Metro ($250)
White glove delivery, assembly & rubbish removal (day of delivery only). Easy parking for the truck & unobstructed access must be available for delivery.
Verify that doorways, stairwells, and any other entry points, including elevators, are sufficiently sized to allow access to the standard delivery service. Extra charge may apply, please check with our friendly staff before delivery.
Check the dimensions to ensure that the new items will fit appropriately in your intended space.
Build it Yourself Sydney Metro ($180)
Delivery only (no assembly required and no rubbish removal)
A 20% cancellation fee will apply if the goods cannot be delivered and must be returned to our warehouse
Regional Areas (To be calculated)
The system calculates shipping fee at check out with our standard shipping rates. Due to the nature of bulky goods, shipping rate might varies due to delivery area. We will contact you or you are always welcomed to give us a call for a quote.
Third-party express and Insurance
Insurance is not available as part of your order. We strongly suggest that you enquire about insurance policies to cover the goods during transit (including insurance policies through your chosen delivery contractor), as we do not accept responsibility concerning any transport damages by you or the third-party delivery contractor you have selected once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse or showrooms.
Delivery by carrier: This clause applies when you select to deliver the goods by a third-party delivery contractor. We do not accept responsibility for any delivery failures, delays, or transport damages by your third-party delivery contractor once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse or showrooms.
Pick up (Free)
Large items can be collected from our Auburn warehouse via appointment only.
Small items Delivery
Delivery Metro Areas Surrounding Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth ($15)
Small, unbreakable items will be shipped for a flat rate.
Delivery to Regional Areas Australia Wide ($40)
Small, unbreakable items are available to posted or shipped for flat rate.
Pick Up (Free)
Small items can be picked up from our showroom at Shop 1, 77 Ridge Street, Gordon 2072.
In-Stock
Most of our items are in stock and can be dispatched within 2 days. As soon as your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your delivery.
Pre-order items
On the rare occasion that we have items for Pre-Order, you will be able to purchase them in advance and be advised of the expected delivery dates by email.
Special Order / Custom Made
We are able to special order and customise many of our products for you. Once the details are finalised you should allow 16 weeks for delivery. You will progress updates during this time.
